SLUP332 contains SLU-PP-332, a small-molecule agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), particularly ERRα and ERRγ. Each pen contains 20mg/2ml. ERRs are key transcriptional regulators of mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism in skeletal muscle. Research demonstrates that SLU-PP-332 activates exercise-like gene expression programs, enhances fatigue resistance, and improves running endurance in animal models without actual exercise. It is studied as a potential exercise mimetic.
